Must have electrical repair and A/C repair experience.
Management experinece
On call 24/7/365.
Have knowledge of electrical, appliances, plumbing, roofing.
Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm and an hour for lunch.
Anything over 40 hours is time and a half
