Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: WHITESBORO, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: 25/hour
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at an apartment community in White Sparrows. The ideal candidate will have HVAC and general repair experience and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property
Complete make-readies efficiently for new tenants
Handle minor plumbing and electrical work
Paint, clean, and prepare units as needed
Assist with property upkeep and appearance
Requirements:
Prior experience in maintenance, HVAC, or related field
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic tools and reliable transportation preferred
HVAC certification is a plus, but not required
