JOB# 1434 General Labor

Location: Denton, TX

Pay: $18/Hr - $20/Hr

Shift: MON - FRI, 7am - 4 pm, Can vary depending on job.

-Load, unload, and transport equipment, materials, and parts across the shop, fabrication, and assembly areas—manually or using forklifts and pallet jacks

-Assist skilled technicians with installation, preventative maintenance, and calibration of additive pumping systems.

-Prepare and organize workspace: sweep floors, clear debris, and maintain safe, orderly shop areas.

-Support fabricators and assemblers by holding parts, aligning components, and providing general assistive labor during assembly and welding.

-Stack, wrap, and palletize finished products for shipment.

-Operate basic tools and light machinery under direction (e.g., drill, grinder, hand tools) while following safety guidelines

-Participate in quality checks—measure, inspect, and verify components and completed assemblies according to specifications.

-Comply with company and OSHA safety rules: wear PPE, report hazards, and help maintain a safe working environment.

-Occasionally support field service teams preparing materials or equipment for off-site installations and repairs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Mechanically Inclined

Able to travel 30 to 40 % of the time

Experience:

Previous general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks

Skills:

Basic tool handling, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and perform simple math/measuring tasks.

Use of forklifts or hand trucks may be required.

Work Ethic:

Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented; flexible to varied shift schedules as needed.

Safety Attitude:

Demonstrates strong awareness of safety first. Adheres to all safety protocols.

Work Environment & Conditions:

Fast-paced manufacturing warehouse with moderate noise.

Occasional exposure to industrial chemicals, welding, or fabrication dust—PPE provided.
