Delivery Driver – $18/hr
Location: Decatur, TX
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18 per hour
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join our team in Decatur. This is a full-time position with consistent weekday hours and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate 20' flatbed trucks and pickup trucks for daily deliveries.
Load and unload merchandise, ensuring secure placement and safe handling.
Equipment may include forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift-gates (training provided if needed).
Follow the assigned delivery schedule, using the most efficient and cost-effective routes.
Perform general warehouse duties when not driving, including:
Stocking materials and preparing large orders (forklift use may be required)
Cleaning the warehouse
Assisting counter sales as needed
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and complete required paperwork.
Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents immediately and in accordance with company policy.
Communicate any shortages, damaged merchandise, or customer concerns to the warehouse manager or supervisor.
Requirements:
Clear driving record (MVR will be reviewed)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable operating flatbed trucks and pickups
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
