Part-Time Office Assistant – Gainesville, TX

20 Hours/Week | $15+/hr DOE | Flexible Schedule

 

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to join a growing team in Gainesville, TX! This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in office work—especially within the construction industry—who’s looking for a flexible schedule and steady part-time hours.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Perform general office tasks and data entry

 

Use QuickBooks for invoicing and financial tracking

 

Create and maintain spreadsheets for reporting and organization

 

Assist with basic administrative duties and project documentation

 

Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal team members as needed

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

Basic computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Excel

 

QuickBooks experience required

 

Prior experience in a construction-related office is a plus

 

Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

 

Must be able to work independently

 

Schedule & Pay:

 

20 hours/week – set your own hours!

 

Starting at $15/hr and up, based on experience
