Job Summary: We are hiring dependable and safety-conscious Machine Operators to join a dynamic production team in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring machines used in the assembly and production process, ensuring efficiency and quality output. Responsibilities: Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications Monitor machine operation to detect issues and make adjustments as needed Perform routine quality checks to ensure product meets standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Document production counts and downtime accurately Assist with machine changeovers and minor maintenance when necessary Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Requirements: Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs) Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent
