Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals for a Packaging Associate role at a local manufacturing facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring automotive components are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect parts for quality and defects
Sort, count, and package finished products accurately
Label containers and boxes per job specifications
Follow safety and quality procedures consistently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Excellent attention to detail and task focus
Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Previous packaging or manufacturing experience is a plus
