JOB #1419 Production Supervisor
Location: Ardmore, OK
Shift: 10-12 Hour Shifts
Pay: $25/Hr
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. This role ensures that production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining quality standards and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members.
-Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and ensure production schedules are met.
-Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
-Identify and resolve operational issues to improve productivity and quality.
-Train, coach, and evaluate team performance; support continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams as needed.
-Complete reports and maintain accurate production records.
Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial supervisory role.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to troubleshoot problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
-Working knowledge of safety regulations and lean manufacturing principles.
