Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire CNC Operators for a company located in Union City!

Qualifications for CNC Operators:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• CNC operating experience is preferred – willing to train the right candidate with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Comfortable with measurement tools and tight tolerances.

• A team player who takes pride in quality work.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for CNC Operators:

• Review work orders, blueprints, and drawings to set up efficient machining operations.

• Check CNC programs for tooling, sequences, and vacuum engagement.

• Verify part orientations, quantities, labeling, and organize for seamless flow down the production line.

• Perform tool setups, measure tolerances within 0.01 mm, and keep workspace clean and production ready.

• Maintain smooth transitions between shifts and work well with team members.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 6:00AM-2:30PM

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
