Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Quality Assurance Technicians for a warehouse located in Lawrenceville!

Qualifications for Quality Assurance Technicians:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Must be familiar with proper packaging methods.

• 2 or more years of related experience working in a similar industry.

• Read and write, follow verbal instruction and use simple math.

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Ability to perform but not limited to the following tasks; be familiar with and able to interpret packing slips, enter into the computer the correct information, acknowledge receipt of the foods into the purchase orders, and processing database.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Quality Assurance Technicians:

• Pick and ship customer orders accurately and in the timeframes required.

• Compares identifying information and counts, weights, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.

• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, identifies damaged items, check shortages, and corresponds with warehouse manager to rectify damages and shortages.

• Package finished product for shipping.

• Sort and place product in proper rack locations.

• Accurate pulling/packing orders for shipping.

• Assist in counting of physical inventory.

• Operate warehouse equipment including a forklift, picker, and reach truck.

• Ensure the warehouse of accessible and safe for all associates.

• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 7:00AM-4:00PM

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
