Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Receptionist for a clothing distribution warehouse located in Palmetto!

Qualifications for Receptionists:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• High school diploma.

• Business related post high school training is a plus.

• Previous HR experience is preferred.

• A year in switchboard and/or telephone experience.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Effective computer skills.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Receptionists:

• Answer telephones and routes calls promptly.

• Greets visitors, have them sign guest register, and notifies person being visited.

• Reporting any problems with telephone system.

• Completes filing as needed.

• Operates copy machine as needed.

• Types memos and other correspondence as needed.

• Updates phone listing as needed.

• Maintain video screens.

• Types labels and required/when needed.

• Coordinates interviews and pre-employment paperwork.

• Sorts and distributes incoming mail.

• Maintains ID badge system; take pictures, print badges, etc.

• Complete other tasks as assigned.

• Recruiting experience is a plus

Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 6:45AM-2:45PM

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
