Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Production Associates for an industrial environment manufacturing paper mill located in Austell!

Qualifications for Production Associates:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• Skilled craftsman/handyman.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Experience with hand tools and power tools.

• Willingness to train on forklift.

• Doesn’t mind getting dirty as this is a dirty environment.

• Ability to read and interpret work orders to understand machine setup requirements.

• Ability to calculate conversion of fractions to decimals.

• Ability to read a tape measure, calipers and micrometers.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Production Associates:

• Operating assigned machinery and/or equipment.

• Loading and unloading of raw goods/finished product.

• Housekeeping and general maintenance functions within the work area.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 7:00AM-4:00PM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
