Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Coating Operators for a company located in Suwanee!

Qualifications for Coating Operators:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Basic computer skills.

• Basic math skills.

• Experience with conformal coating of PCB assemblies or similar coating process.

• Must have PC Board level soldering skills.

• Familiar with workmanship standards or IPC-A610.

• Working knowledge of mechanical assembly from parts layout and fabrications of final assembly.

• Familiar with electrical/electronic assembly from components to final assembly.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Coating Operators:

• Performs set-up and operating of coating equipment including pcba conveyors and unloaders.

• Making all specified areas to be protected from conformal coating.

• Load program and troubleshoot automated spray coating equipment.

• Mix conformal coating solution.

• Set up and operate automated spray equipment.

• Performa manually conformal coating operations of PCB assemblies.

• Visually inspect and clean PCB assemblies.

• Inspect and touch-up conformal coated products.

• Support other areas as assigned by Production Manager.

• May work with small parts and/or work under microscope.

• Performs repair and modification work involving electrical and/or mechanical connections.

• Inspects own work on electronics and mechanical assemblies to produce a quality product.

• Operates production equipment.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 3:00PM-12:00PM

Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
