Pay: $20.00-30.00/hour

Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire an Injection Molding Operator for a company located in Woodstock!

Qualifications for Injection Molding Operators:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• At least 3 years of plastic injection molding experience.

• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year or technical school is preferred; or two years of related experience and/or training in Mold Setup and Processing.

• Knowledge of Nissei, or similar Injection Mold machines.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Injection Molding Operators:

• Startup and stabilization of all molding processes.

• Responsible for all aspects of injection molding process including, but not limited to, install/removal of molds, troubleshooting issues during mold changes, and following proper documentation practices.

• Review setup sheet on all jobs to ensure quality parts are produced and maximum productivity is obtained.

• Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools and other means.

• Prepare operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of product meets specifications.

• Assist with material management including the processing of scrap and regrind produced.

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop/training.

• Assist in resolving maintenance problems by conferring with management, engineering, and quality control personnel.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 11:00PM-7:00AM

Pay Rate: $20.00-30.00/hour depending on experience
