Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing warehouse located in Cartersviille!

Qualifications for Maintenance Technicians:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of maintenance experience.

• Previous experience in plastic extrusion process equipment.

• Must have basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Required basic working knowledge of power hand tools.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Maintenance Technicians:

• Preventative maintenance to include examining parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.

• Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections.

• Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery.

• Record repairs and maintenance performed.

• Inspects and listens to machines and equipment to location malfunctions.

• Starts machines and equipment to rest operation following repair.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 8:00AM-5:00PM

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
