Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire an Inventory Control Specialist for a manufacturing warehouse located in Acworth!

Qualifications for Inventory Control Specialists:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• Able to operate sit down, stand up, and cherry picker lifts.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must have previous inventory experience (cycle count, etc.).

• Microsoft Office expertise (most specifically Excel).

• Knowledge of inventory software such as JD Edwards is greatly preferred.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Inventory Control Specialists:

• Ensures compliance of all inventory processes and procedures.

• Maintain physical and virtual records of all inbound and outbound shipments.

• Perform cycle counts as a daily routine.

• Ensure proper physical controls regarding inventory are in place and monitored.

• Perform inventory preparation and manage physical inventory process.

• Update inventory management systems.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 7:00AM-4:00PM

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour depending on experience
