Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire an Inventory Control Specialist for a manufacturing warehouse located in Acworth!
Qualifications for Inventory Control Specialists:
After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

Able to operate sit down, stand up, and cherry picker lifts.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must have previous inventory experience (cycle count, etc.).

Microsoft Office expertise (most specifically Excel).

Knowledge of inventory software such as JD Edwards is greatly preferred.

Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Assignment Duties for Inventory Control Specialists:
-
Ensures compliance of all inventory processes and procedures.
-
Maintain physical and virtual records of all inbound and outbound shipments.
-
Perform cycle counts as a daily routine.
-
Ensure proper physical controls regarding inventory are in place and monitored.

Perform inventory preparation and manage physical inventory process.
-
Update inventory management systems.
Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 7:00AM-4:00PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour depending on experience
