Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Shipping Clerks for a manufacturing warehouse located in Acworth!

Qualifications for Shipping Clerks:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma/GED.

• Warehouse experience is required.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Shipping Clerks:

• Prepare and process shipment documentation, including bills of lading a shipping labels.

• Ensure accuracy of shipment details, such as weight, quantity, and destination.

• Coordinate with other departments and carriers to schedule and track shipments.

• Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and discrepancies.

• Operate shipping equipment such as pallet jacks and forklift to load and unload material.

• Organize and maintain inventory of shipped and received products.

• Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.

• Handle and resolve any problems or issues related to shipping and receiving.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 7:00AM-4:00PM

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
