Pay: $17.60/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

 

 

Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions, in cooperation with Gwinnett County, is seeking to hire Administrative Support Associates for the Elections and Voter Registration department in Lawrenceville!

 

Qualifications for Administrative Support Associates:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

  • Must have great customer service experience and computer skills.

  • Must be willing to work in the warehouse as well.

  • Must be able to work weekends and overtime.

  • Ability to lift 20-45 lbs. and work on your feet for several hours a day.

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with voting equipment.

  • Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

 

Assignment Duties for Administrative Support Associates:

  • Clerical duties within a warehouse environment.

  • Inspection and prep of voting equipment.

  • Maintenance of voting equipment.

  • Testing of components.

  • Assembly of polling locations.

  • Staging of equipment.

  • Data entry.


Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 8:00AM-Finish

 

Pay Rate: $17.60/hour
