We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeping Professional to join our client’s team in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a part-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to move into a full-time role.
Schedule & Pay:
Part-Time Hours: Tuesday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $18/hour (increases to $20/hour upon conversion to full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
General bookkeeping and data entry
Posting to general ledger and managing journal entries
Reconciling bank accounts and handling chargebacks
Maintaining both physical and digital files
Assisting with payables as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of bookkeeping experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required (accounting degree or certification preferred)
Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo, NetSuite)
Strong understanding of GAAP and basic financial statements
