Pinnacle staffing seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Residential Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently, excel in face-to-face customer interactions, and have a proven track record in sales. Based in our Omaha location, you will identify potential clients, conduct sales presentations, create and present contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction in the Omaha market area.
Key Responsibilities:
• New Business Development:
o Identify and target potential customers.
o Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
o Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to promote products and services.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
o Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Co-Worker Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain professional relationships with all departments within the company.
• Sales Strategy & Goal Achievement:
o Collaborate with management to establish sales goals and tactics.
o Regularly report on sales activities, progress toward targets, and any obstacles encountered.
• Market Awareness:
o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
• Product Knowledge & Training:
o Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s products or services.
o Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
• Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress using CRM software.
 o Create quotes and sales orders as needed.
