Location: Altamonte Springs, 32701

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Starting Pay Rate: $17/hr


Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at the Ironworks Warehouse. This role is crucial in coordinating installation appointments and managing quote scheduling to support our operations and customer service efforts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and possess a positive, go-getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule installation appointments and service quotes with clients.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointment details, timelines, and any special requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Act as a liaison between clients, technicians, and the warehouse team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor scheduling changes and promptly update internal systems and stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
  • Provide clients with timely updates and reminders regarding their scheduled appointments.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling reports.
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and respond promptly to client inquiries.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on maintaining efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule.
