We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and custodial services, with experience in hotel or industrial cleaning environments. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment for various surfaces and tasks.
• Assist with floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
• Provide excellent hospitality service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning practices is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
