Fast paced construction company seeks an experienced long-term Accounts Receivable clerk/Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of busy office. This is a career opportunity with a stable and reliable company!

Job Duties & Tasks:
- Process all mechanic, field, and driver timecards daily, including drivers’ paperwork and tickets from deliveries, rock quarry sales, construction crew member contract job write ups, etc.
- Daily posting into billing spreadsheet, all weekly & monthly internal company billing, and filing of all current billing, paid and unpaid invoices. Email/mail invoicing/statements. Balance and process all month end: contracts, nonbillable ticket balancing, internal billing of equipment and employees.
- Prepare job proposals, bids & estimates for big and small jobs, prepare contracts & Subcontract submittals.
- Submit NORLs daily, collections on outstanding accounts.
- Process all commercial credit applications, including verifying CCB/ business names, credit references etc.
- Write up and prepare all weekly timecards for multiple companies to assist the Payroll Specialist.
- Answer phones/Take orders, correspond with dispatch, assist with schedule & dispatching when needed.
Shift & Schedule:
8-hour shift + Overtime as needed
Monday to Friday
