Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Be the first line of support, providing comprehensive guidance and pricing details, and addressing manufacturing queries with a blend of professionalism and warmth.

Who We Are Looking For:

Your Working Hours:
- Enjoy a balanced routine in a casual manufacturing office setting with a Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm schedule, with occasional overtime to meet training needs and departmental goals. Hours: Training will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with 1/2-hour lunch. After training, we offer a slight adjustment to the schedule. You will get to pick between 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with 1 hour lunch, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with 1/2-hour lunch, or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with 1 hour lunch.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Stong Excel and Microsoft Office experience is required. Prior data entry and customer service work with at least 3 years of related work experience. A record of reliable attendance and longevity in your past work.
