Personnel Source is seeking and Administrative Specialist to join our Veneta client's family owned business. We are looking for an energetic individual with proven office skills and a can-do attitude to join our team. This is an in-office position located in Veneta.


Requirements of Administrative Specialist:

  • Multiline phone experience
  • Strong Computer Skills required.  MS Office testing required.
  • 10-key Calculator
  • Exceptional attention to detail a must
  • Must be flexible and adaptable and possess skills including but not limited to time management, prioritizing tasks and goal setting, analytical and critical thinking and problem solving, with the ability to identify the problem, evaluate and implement solutions.
  • Self Motivated. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team with general direction provided by supervisors with efficiency, professionalism and accuracy.
  • Must be driven and have a desire to learn and be willing to take on additional tasks
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure (capability and demeanor to work on a project with multiple interruptions)
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Duties and Responsibilities of Administrative Specialist:

  • General administrative duties including multi line phones, filing, data entry, research, copying and mailings, write up deposits.
  • Maintain various spreadsheets
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable
  • Assist with Accounts Payable 
  • Misc duties as assigned
