Job Summary: Personnel Source is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our clients’ team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors. Responsibilities: - Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash bins - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished - Follow established safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards Qualifications: - Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning preferred - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent time management skills to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within designated timeframes - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary
