Personnel Source is currently hiring for a Portland-based Architectural Millwork, Casework and Ornamental Metal shop specializing in building custom elements, store fixtures and displays for international brands within the both the luxury retail and the hospitality and gaming industries.
We are currently looking to hire motivated individuals onto our production team for immediate Metal shop openings in the following areas:
Ornamental metal welder and craftsperson (Master Level)
Ornamental metal welder and craftsperson (Apprentice Level)
Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a desire for both learning and sharing knowledge. Applicants for higher skilled positions should have at least 3-5 years’ experience in the metal-working industry with ferrous and non-ferrous metals and a solid ability to read and understand shop drawings. Applicants to entry level positions should have a mechanical mindset and baseline knowledge of the use of various hand-held portable tools as well as table saws, chop saws, drill presses, etc.
Pay Rate:
$19.50 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience
Shift Schedule:
Monday - Friday
6:00am to 2:30pm (availability for OT weekdays and occasional weekend days as production schedules dictate)
