Production Operator

Personnel Source is seeking Production Operators for a local food manufacturer in Junction City, Oregon.

Requirements of the Production Operator:

• Must be detail oriented and able to work independently with little supervision.
• Must speak, read, and write English as it pertains to fulfilling job requirements.
• Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Forklift experience is a plus!

• Starting Pay: $16.50/hour. + shift differential

Requirements of the Production Operator:

• Operate production line equipment including the following: Industrial Mixers, Scales, Printer Labels, Ovens, Cooling Tunnels, high-speed Packaging Machinery etc.
• Accurately measure and prepare food ingredients following written recipes.
• Ensure packaging materials are set up according to customer specifications.
• Perform sanitation of production equipment, parts, and surrounding areas.
• Record documentation to verify compliance with all required quality specifications and procedure checks for the assigned area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and GMP requirements.

Shift Schedules:

Day Shift 1: 5:00am - 3:30pm

Day Shift 2: 7:00am - 5:30pm

Swing Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Night Shift 1: 5:00pm - 3:30am

Night Shift 2: 7:00pm - 7:30am

Night Shift 3: 11:00pm - 7:30am
