Sales & Installation Specialist

Personnel Source is seeking a Sales & Installation Specialist for a local Window Coverings company. 

This full-time position will be mainly in the Eugene/Springfield area with some travel to customers in outlying Lane County areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customer with color, fabric, and design choices in hard and soft window treatments.
• Assist with installation of outdoor awnings.
• Consult with customers in-store and/or in home.
• Utilize design and sales expertise in closing sales.

JOB DETAILS

• Pay: $16.00 - $20.00/hour, depending on experience.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening (including THC).
• Previous sales experience is highly preferred. 
• Exhibit competency with tools i.e., drill, driver, pliers etc.
• Must be flexible and agile.
• Ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

• DL & good MVR/BG, NO THC, previous sales wanted.
