Lumber Order Puller/Customer Service

Personnel Source is currently hiring a Lumber Order Puller/Customer Service Representative  for a local, family owned, lumber company located in Vancouver, WA 

Requirements of the Lumber Order Puller/Customer Service 

• Must have computer literate, have knowledge of lumber/wood, and carry a clean MVR report. 
• Complete shipments by processing and loading orders. 
• Lumber Experience is a PLUS! 

Responsibilities of the Lumber Order Puller/Customer Service 

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. 
• Complete deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors. 
• Maintain truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements; arranging for repairs. 
• Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests. 
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards. 
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 
• Complete reports by entering required information. 
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications. 
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
• Must be willing to be trained on a forklift!
