WORK PERFORMED & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 

Primary Purpose: Heavy contact between departments and citizens, intake of citizen injuries, property damage. Heavy work with Finance using excel and PDF docs. Using right fax, copier, scanner and multiple computer systems.
 

1) Answer citizen complaint calls and calls from vendors in a professional manner
2) Handle financial payment through Finance, printing "vouchers" from claims system in a timely fashion
3) Enter data into our claims system and retrieving documents from other systems throughout the County and attaching to our claims system
4) Type up form letters, mailing out documents, date stamping and sorting mail.
5) Manage multiple electronic databases, managing work flow to meet time restrictions and communicating with internal claims staff and other County Departments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education Required: High School Diploma/GED
Experience Required: 3 Years
Work Attire: Business Casual
Required Equipment: Computer, phone, copier, scanner, adobe, excel, Microsoft 365
