The role does not require a lot of technical expertise. The temp worker would be expected to help setup UPS units. UPS is “Uninterrupted Power Supply” - so this is referring to the backup batteries that many of our computer systems are plugged in to. This person would be unboxing them, connecting the battery within the device, setting it up under the workstations and plugging it to the wall, and then potentially plugging all of the systems back into the new backup battery.
