Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise all warehouse personnel and oversee daily operations, including leadership, inbound, and outbound functions

• Assign tasks to team members, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for training and development

• Prioritize and distribute orders to meet production targets and operational deadlines

• Prepare and submit daily production reports to management for review and analysis

• Serve as the primary point of contact for dock-related reports and facility issues

• Provide backup support for outbound operations and the Operations Manager as needed

• Act as a backup for various operational functions across multiple facilities outside of building 470

• Ensure daily security protocols are followed for both facilities (470 and 489), maintaining a safe and secure environment

Experience:

Preferred:

5 years or more experience in warehouse operations

2 years of supervisory experience

Required:

Experience operating a sit down propane forklift

Skills:

Proficient computer user, with capabilities in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Ability to work in warehouse environment with fluctuating environmental conditions including temperature variations

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm (weekend when needed)
