Maintenance Technician

Here are some additional requirements. • Coordinate and maintain relationships with assigned vendors. • Implement HVAC best practices to maximize the life of equipment. • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and Company directives related to building operations and work safety. • Maintain, operate, inspect, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it pertains to assigned buildings. • Perform a variety of general handyman services, including painting, drywall repair, carpet tile replacement, and other minor maintenance tasks. • Respond to assigned repairs, conduct emergency maintenance, and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure facility safety and functionality at selected terminals • Complete maintenance and repair records as required. • Respond quickly to emergencies, summoning additional assistance as needed. • Safely operates company vehicle and follows prescribed routines to service locations in a timely manner. • Assist internal customers with conference room set-ups, board meetings, new desk setups, reconfiguring spaces, and move management, as well as any other office space needs. • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
