Our client is a well-established hospitality provider that values customer service and teamwork. As a member of the hospitality team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of events and dining spaces

• Providing friendly and attentive service to guests

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all public areas

• Supporting kitchen staff with food preparation and delivery

• Ensuring all safety and health regulations are complied with

• Handling guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner

• Working collaboratively with the hospitality team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality service

• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required
