We are recruiting for a Senior Learning Professional to join a progressive organization based in Sacramento. This is an onsite, six month contract opportunity with the possibility of being hired. The Sr Learning Professional will contribute to the design and launch of a six-month financial empowerment education program, a key initiative within our client’s organization’s broader enterprise-wide financial empowerment strategy
Pay: $43.00/hour.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop advanced learning programs and materials in alignment with company goals.
- Lead, design, and deliver the enterprise development training roadmap based for operational and professional initiatives.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of learning programs from design to evaluation.
- Collaborate with external vendors, instructional designers, and consultants to source and implement high-quality learning content and services.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of learning programs.
- Leverage innovative learning technologies, such as advanced e-learning platforms, virtual reality, or other innovative tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in learning and development to incorporate approaches into learning strategies.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in instructional design, project management, and graphic/content development, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, including executives; financial services background is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional project management skills with expertise in creating and managing programs and integrating change management methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
