We are seeking a mission-driven and collaborative Clinical Nurse Manager for a healthcare provider serving the greater Sacramento region. The Clinical Nurse Manager will lead the nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is ideal for a candidate with extensive Nursing leadership from a federally qualified healthcare setting (FQHC).

Salary Range: $130k – 165k


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily clinical operations across primary care, behavioral health, and specialty services
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including RNs, LVNs, and Medical Assistants
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with providers, care teams, and administrative staff to optimize patient flow and care coordination
  • Lead performance evaluations, training programs, and professional development efforts
  • Monitor and manage clinical metrics, patient satisfaction, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Support implementation of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows and documentation standards


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current California RN license required
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) as well as a; master’s degree (MSN) is required.
  • 5+ years of clinical nursing management experience.
  • Experience in community health, FQHCs, or integrated care settings is required.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, infection control, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
