We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Partner to join an organization based in Sacramento. This role is responsible for delivering both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support across all units and departments, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and values. The Senior HR Partner will oversee a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including day-to-day HR operations and complex initiatives in areas such as benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and engagement. Salary: $85K to $100K (DOE)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition by partnering with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with pre-employment checks while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Lead onboarding and orientation programs, analyze new hire survey data, and recommend improvements to enhance employee integration and engagement.
- Administer and monitor core HR functions including compensation, benefits, leaves, accommodations, investigations, performance development, and offboarding.
- Manage HRIS data integrity, validate employee changes, generate reports, and maintain monthly HR metrics dashboards to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure legal and policy compliance through audits, documentation management, and regular review of employment laws and internal practices.
- Champion DEIA and HR innovation, lead projects, and recommend process improvements to elevate departmental efficiency and employee experience.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing sensitive and confidential HR matters with integrity, including proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to navigate complex or high-stress interactions diplomatically and professionally.
- Adept at balancing competing priorities in fast-paced environments, consistently meeting deadlines while executing tasks with minimal oversight.
- Proven ability to foster collaborative partnerships across all organizational levels, enhancing cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement.
