We are recruiting for an Account Servicing Technician for one of Sacramento’s top employers. This is your chance to work with a reputable and leading financial organization with corporate headquarters in Sacramento! This is a 6-month contract position, with the opportunity for hire for qualified candidates. In this role, you will communicate with clients regarding inquiries on accounts, respond to client requests, and perform account maintenance processes. Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Pay: $22/hour.
The qualified candidate will have call center experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and maintain three or more of the following areas: zero balance accounts, proxies, privacy notices, non-resident alien accounts, foreign account reports, safe deposit box report, dormant and escheatable requests, specialty accounts, research requests, Social Security and, address changes.
- Post required fees to accounts, and balance credits/debits at the end of each day.
- Prepare levies, garnishments, district attorney and immigration letters for processing.
- Handle general inquiries and questions from clients on notices sent by the company.
- Gather and prepare daily teller work for balancing.
- Prepare and index documents for scanning.
- Escalate errors or client concerns to management as appropriate.
- Meet production deadlines daily while maintaining quality and quantity in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in a financial institution.
- Outstanding customer service.
- Call Center experience.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Results-oriented and team player.
