We are recruiting for a Client Solutions Project Manager to join a high-performing financial consulting firm in Sacramento.  The Client Solutions Project Manager is responsible for the implementation of business financial solutions and managing the entire life cycle of the project, including maintaining a relationship with the client stakeholder(s).  


This position is hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). Generous paid leave benefits include: 3 weeks of vacation, 8 holidays plus paid time off between December 25 and January 1, and extended parental and disability leave. 


Salary: $75,000-$90,000 per year DOE. 


This position is heavy client facing and the qualified candidate will have experience managing business client project solutions in the finance industry. Must possess a strong presence in partnering with client executives and stakeholders.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise projects and workflows by delivering hands-on training, support, and strategic guidance to teams.
  • Heavy documentation and reconciling data – auditing for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with clients to execute tax credit engagements, ensuring effective communication of project milestones and issue resolution.
  • Oversee annual account management and reporting while prioritizing tasks to align with business objectives and deadlines.
  • Engage in field activities and assume additional responsibilities during peak tax seasons and as organizational needs evolve.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics preferred. 
  • 2+ years’ experience in financial industry servicing business accounts.
  • 1+ years’ business account management or project management experience.
  • Versatile and growth-driven professional that demonstrates agility in evolving operational environments. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to confidently speak to Executive professionals regarding financial data and account management. 
  • Skilled in managing competing priorities with exceptional organizational detail, analytical reasoning, and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, leveraging technical aptitude to support planning, troubleshooting, and project coordination.
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer service with empathy, urgency, and discretion while handling sensitive information in compliance with ISO 27001, and SOC2 protocols.
