Project Manager

We're seeking a Project Manager on behalf of our client to join a high-performing financial consulting firm located in Folsom, Ca. Salary : $75,000-$90,000 per year DOE. The role offers generous paid leave benefits, including 3 weeks of vacation, 8 holidays plus paid time off between December 25 and January 1, and extended parental and disability leave.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise projects and workflows by delivering hands-on training, support, and strategic guidance to teams.
• Collaborate with clients to execute tax credit engagements, ensuring effective communication of project milestones and issue resolution.
• Oversee annual account management and reporting while prioritizing tasks to align with business objectives and deadlines.
• Engage in field activities and assume additional responsibilities during peak tax seasons and as organizational needs evolve.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Versatile and growth-driven professional with over two years of customer service experience and one year in project management, demonstrating agility in evolving operational environments. Educational background in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics preferred, though not required, reflecting an openness to diverse skill sets and continuous learning.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and collaboratively in dynamic, high-growth environments with minimal supervision across onsite, hybrid, and remote settings.
• Skilled in managing competing priorities with exceptional organizational detail, analytical reasoning, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, leveraging technical aptitude to support planning, troubleshooting, and project coordination.
• Committed to delivering outstanding customer service with empathy, urgency, and discretion while handling sensitive information in compliance with, ISO 27001, and SOC2 protocols.
