Our client, a technology firm in the greater Sacramento region, is looking for a driven and self-assured Inside Sales Associate to strengthen relationships and boost product adoption across strategic markets. This position suits a dynamic communicator who thrives on outbound engagement, cultivating connections, and tailoring solutions in a fast-moving, tech-forward setting.


Pay ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, DOE. (+ Bonus & Commission)


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, introducing solutions and guiding prospects through the sales and onboarding process.
  • Qualify leads, follow up with decision-makers, and maintain accurate CRM records of pipeline activities and client interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries and product-related issues while delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers, marketing, and sales leadership to execute regional strategies and drive campaign effectiveness.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years Call Center or B2B Inside Sales experience.
  • Auto-Dealership or Tech industry highly desired.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and product knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Proven success in sales, inside sales, or customer service, ideally within automotive or tech industries.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls, working toward sales targets, and maintaining a confident phone presence.
  • Skilled in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot; highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Self-driven team player with a history of cross-functional collaboration and meeting tight deadlines.
