We’re looking for a personable and tech-savvy Customer Service Associate to join a technology firm based in the greater Sacramento region. In this front-line role, you’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. This role requires onsite presence and flexibility to support evening and weekend shifts as needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver front-line customer support by handling inquiries, managing orders, resolving complaints, and promoting products or services.

Investigate and solve complex issues using available tools and information while escalating high-priority concerns when needed.

Utilize computer systems to input, retrieve, and analyze customer data, maintain detailed records, and generate reports for communication.

Manage administrative tasks including payment processing, shipping and receiving, and continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with working knowledge of HubSpot.

Willingness to support operations beyond standard business hours, including weekends and varying shifts.

Skilled in resolving customer concerns, handling multiple priorities, and investigating issues in high-paced environments.

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities; thrives in team-oriented, cross-functional, and deadline-driven settings.

Holds a high school diploma (or equivalent) and brings 3–5 years of experience in communications, customer success, sales, or account management.
