We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to support our client—a fast-paced manufacturing company dedicated to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll lead and optimize key HR functions, while driving workforce initiatives that support engagement, compliance, and continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity to shape people operations in a dynamic production environment.
Salary: $120,000.00 per year DOE.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead day-to-day HR operations across all shifts, ensuring consistent support, employee relations, and performance management
- Oversee full-cycle talent processes including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and performance appraisals
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, maintain HRIS data integrity, and track key HR metrics
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO), OSHA regulations, and internal policies
- Drive employee engagement, support leadership development, and lead training, retention, and recognition initiatives
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5+ years of progressive HR experience—ideally in a 24/7 or manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of California labor laws, OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation, and safety compliance
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now, along with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills, with a proven ability to support diverse teams and shifts
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible, with preferred HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP
