We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to spearhead go-to-market strategies for a diverse product portfolio within a respected, forward-thinking organization headquartered in Sacramento. This high-impact role involves close collaboration with Product, Sales, and cross-functional teams to design and execute campaigns that foster growth, deepen engagement, and sharpen market positioning. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of both digital and traditional marketing approaches—harnessing data, storytelling, and cutting-edge technology to deliver a compelling and consistent brand experience.

Salary : $55.00/Hour.  Temporary assignment for six months.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drives full-funnel, multi-channel marketing strategies leveraging digital platforms, analytics, SEO, email, and content marketing to meet business growth and KPI objectives.
  • Utilizes customer data, behavior, and segmentation to deliver personalized, automated campaigns and member journeys that boost engagement and loyalty.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors to align marketing initiatives with product goals and organizational growth strategies.
  • Owns campaign roadmaps and KPIs, continuously optimizing go-to-market efforts and reporting effectiveness to leadership.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, adaptability, Agile methodology awareness, and technical dexterity to effectively operate tools and support operational excellence.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in marketing, with an MBA preferred to strengthen strategic and leadership acumen.
  • Brings over 8 years of experience in product-focused and digital marketing, including go-to-market strategy ownership and data-driven personalization initiatives.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of financial services marketing, supported by a track record of success in cross-functional campaign execution and metric-based improvements.
  • Excels in campaign development, ROI analysis, and automated marketing, with strong skills in planning, project management, and vendor coordination.
  • Known for articulate written and verbal communication, independent work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in deadline-driven, evolving environments.
