We are seeking for our client, a thriving and fast-expanding organization in Sacramento, an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic, high-performing team. Salary: $105,000-$115,000/year. DOE.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive cost and performance analysis by establishing standard costs, preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, and recommending improvements.
  • Enhance reporting and process efficiency through policy enforcement, database management, automation tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality by reconciling transactions, backing up financial information, and safeguarding sensitive data.
  • Stay current and adaptable by attending workshops, continuously improving technical skills, and contributing to organizational learning.
  • Bring strong qualifications including 5+ years of relevant experience, a solid foundation in accounting principles and systems (QuickBooks preferred), and exceptional organizational and communication skills.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Financial & Analytical Expertise: Solid grasp of business finance, analytics, and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Strengths: Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Organizational Agility: Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
