We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our client's team in the greater Sacramento region. This role is responsible for coordinating meetings and services to support branch facilities throughout their lifecycle, serving as a key point of contact for project-related tasks. Key responsibilities include managing task execution, overseeing billing and financial allocations, coordinating vendor relationships, and providing outstanding customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $28.00 - $40.00/hour. DOE


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize meetings, track progress, and ensure timely completion of branch facility projects.
  • Handle billing, allocations, and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Provide superior customer service, address inquiries, and maintain accurate project records.
  • Update systems with branch-related information, track assets, and implement process improvements for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, provide regular project updates, and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in administrative or technical project roles, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Critical thinking and business analysis skills to improve systems and processes, with proactive issue resolution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders, foster teamwork, and build strong working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Smartsheet preferred), vendor management, contract oversight, and financial documentation handling.
