We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing company based in Sacramento. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team while supporting key HR initiatives across the organization.

Salary : $110,000-$120,000 DOE


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and provide guidance on key initiatives.
  • Address employee relations issues, manage leave of absence processes, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Support programs related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture and support organizational change through best practices and continuous improvement.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field with at least 5 years of employee relations or HR experience; PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEO.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, project management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • High integrity, discretion, and ability to build strong partnerships across all organizational levels.
