Corporate Accountant

We are recruiting for a Corporate Accountant to join a long standing and growing organization with great company culture located in Roseville. Our client offers great benefits and growth opportunity. The Corporate Accountant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the corporate accounting experience, maintaining bank account balances, coordinating audits, overseeing compliance, reconciling and preparing the general ledger, mentoring and directing junior accountants. This Direct Hire position is 100% onsite. Salary: $90,000-$110,000 DOE.

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of five years’ corporate accounting experience and strong knowledge of GAAP.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare monthly funding request packages and monitor project budgets.
• Manage bank account balances to meet liquidity needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate audits.
• Reconcile and maintain the general ledger with complete documentation for balances.
• Lead corporate accounting projects, setting timelines, assigning tasks, and providing team training.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years’ accounting experience. Public accounting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of leadership and employees.
• Experience with accounting software and financial systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
