We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support a Global Executive Sales Leader in a fast-paced and progressive environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on managing complex schedules, coordinating international communications, and enabling executive-level productivity across time zones. This is a direct hire and remote role. Candidates must reside within the greater Sacramento area for occasional in-office meetings and client presentations.
- Remote/Hybrid (located near Sacramento)
- Pay range starting at $130k-150k DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, 50% global travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate global communications and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for sales meetings and strategic planning
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support special projects, event planning, and cross-functional initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in sales or global operations
- 3+ years of experience managing direct & full travel arrangements for client meetings, trade shows and events.
- Must be familiar with current international travel advisory notices, travel visa and customs requirements.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication across cultures and time zones
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack)
- Ability to travel occasionally for executive support at key events
